1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using 2px (formerly MarkFeed), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
2px is a Chrome Extension that allows users to capture visual feedback on web pages, including markers, screenshots, DOM snapshots, and computed CSS styles. The service is offered in two tiers:
- Free: All features work locally on your device. No account required.
- Pro: Adds cloud synchronization, multi-device access, and priority support. Requires an account.
3. User Accounts
- Pro features require a valid account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- One person or entity per account; sharing accounts is not permitted
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use 2px to capture sensitive data (passwords, payment info, personal data of others) without proper authorization
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension beyond what is permitted by law
- Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
- Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
5. Data Ownership
- Your data is yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you create using 2px
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service
- You can export all your data at any time in JSON format
- Upon account deletion, all your cloud data will be permanently removed within 30 days
6. Payment & Subscriptions
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy
- You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Free plan features will remain free
7. Intellectual Property
The 2px extension, its code (as distributed), design, and branding are the intellectual property of 2px. The Chrome Web Store distribution is the only authorized source.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
2px is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Captured data (DOM snapshots, screenshots) will be 100% accurate
- LLM-assisted features (prompt quality scoring) will produce perfect results
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2px shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of 2px. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may stop using 2px at any time by uninstalling the extension
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use Pro features ceases immediately
- You may still export your data for 30 days after termination
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify users via the extension or email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
